When you send us a booking request, we receive what you write in the form: name, email, phone if you give it, dates, guests and your message. We use it only to reply to you and, if you book, for your stay.

If no booking follows, we delete it within 12 months at the latest. If you book, we keep only what the law requires, for as long as it requires.

We never sell or give your data to anyone. It is processed on our behalf only by the technical providers the site needs in order to work.

We use no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you will not see a cookie banner.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at info@diamondkos.com. If something is not right, you can also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
